Glyn has over 30 years experience of designing, planning, implementing and maintaining wetland management and creation projects. He has worked on many prestigious projects including those at the 2012 Olympic Site, Attenborough Nature Reserve, Canary Wharf, Abberton Reservoir Enlargement Scheme, Ranworth Broads and Rockland Broads.

Glyn specialises in finding innovative solutions for aquatic problems and brings together all elements to ensure effective project management and advice is given. Glyn is regularly brought into large scale projects to troubleshoot and refine specifications to make them workable. He is able to integrate value and bio-engineered solutions into many schemes and has done so throughout the UK.

Glyn is experienced in most aspects of wetland improvement and construction including habitat improvement, floating reedbeds, bio-manipulation and algae control, wildfowl control, landscape protection and pollution control.

2012 Olympic Site: Floating Reed Islands for water quality and biodiversity enhancement.

Attenborough Nature Reserve, Flood Alleviation Scheme – EA, Jacksons and Black & Veatch: Design, consultancy – planting specification & wildfowl control – Landscape/project management.

Canary Wharf – CWC: Innovative bespoke floating structures for aesthetic appeal of the internal waterways, increase biodiversity and improve water quality

Abberton Reservoir Enlargement Scheme - Carillion: Dredging and silt containment contract.

Ranworth and Rockland Broads - Broads Authority / NWT: Design and installation of erosion control, water quality improvement and biomanipulation systems. Tern nesting Island design proposal.

Poole Council, Thames Water, South East Water and Northumbria Water: Design and installation of algae control and water quality improvement systems.

British Waterways: six bio-manipulation and silt control systems installed on a SSSI – Value and bio-engineered revetment designs to reduce the cost of canal revetment repair.
