Ecosulis undertook protected species surveys and provided ecological support for the proposed residential development scheme. This included undertaking protected species surveys on site, ecological impact assessment, mitigation strategies ecological input into masterplans.
Ecosulis have been providing ecological consultancy and contracting services to support both the outline planning application and reserved matters application for the proposed residential development at Ridgeway Farm on behalf of Taylor Wimpey. This has involved ecological surveys for a number of receptors, including calcareous grassland, mycology, badgers, bats, birds, reptiles and amphibians. Ecosulis compiled an approved Ecological Impact Assessment for the development site, and are also involved with compiling ecology statements to support on-going reserved matters applications.
Ecosulis have compiled mitigation strategies to support various planning applications for the site, as well as providing ecological input into masterplans to ensure that ecological features are protected whilst maximising the buildable area. Key works include:
