Our role: Ecosulis undertook all ecological surveys and impact assessments (River Corridor Survey, hedgerow survey, great crested newt survey, bat survey, badger survey, otter survey, water vole survey, bird survey and invertebrate survey), provision of design advice, preparing and approval of Natural England and DEFRA licences, installation of temporary and permanent great crested newt fencing (>8km), pitfall trapping and destructive searches, ecological clerk of works, pond design and creation, hibernacula creation, habitat management, river realignment and restoration, water vole exclusion and vegetation translocation.

Ecosulis has been commissioned to continue monitoring of the ten onsite ponds, tunnels and habitat into 2009.
