Welcome to EcoRisk from Ecosulis. EcoRisk aims to:

  • Provide a guide to optimise or negotiate land values
  • Reduce the need for drastic and costly reworking of master/landuse plans
  • Provide information to identify potential costs associated with different master/landuse options
  • Provide an early warning mechanism and a timeline to ensure clients are aware of ecological constraints
  • Provide an early basis upon which to incorporate biodiversity gain (e.g. green roofs, SUDs, tree protection and enhancement) and thereby increase chances of success at application stages, with respect to maximising BREEAM building ratings and offering standards of best practice.
