Species capture & relocation

Staff of ecosulis ltd are experienced in working with a diverse range of species and have trained and licensed (where required) handlers of the following species / groups:

• Badgers, bats, water voles, otters, dormice and other UK mammals
• Great crested newts and other UK amphibians
• All UK reptiles
• Barn owls, wildfowl and other UK birds
• Stag beetles, white-clawed crayfish and other terrestrial and aquatic invertebrates

We can devise and implement capture and release programmes in accordance with approved guidelines and advise on the most appropriate season to undertake such projects.

We are also able to create and manage habitats to ensure that species are relocated to the appropriate sites and their populations are maintained at favourable conservation status.
