Why partner with ecosulis ltd?

Managing client risks

ecosulis ltd manages client risks by identifying constraints and opportunities early on and preparing cost effective, practical solutions. Our complete range of ecological and arboricultural services manage client risk through all life stages of projects, from initial site appraisal to ongoing habitat management, this fully co-ordinate approach saves time and money. We have provided expert risk management advice for many years, delivering solutions to both public and private sector clients.

“After engagement ecosulis ltd visited site and completed their assessments with the comprehensive report compiled swiftly to meet our deadline. Feedback from our building contractors has been very positive to the reports and ecosulis ltd helped to de-risk the project.” Assistant Project Manager, London Borough of Lambeth

Reducing legislative burden

Ecological legislation carries severe penalties for non-compliance as well as potentially significant cost and timing implications for projects. We work closely with our clients, legal advisors and statutory consultees to ensure that a clear, cost effective, route is identified through commonly encountered legislation, including:

  • Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 (as amended)
  • Protection of Badgers Act 1992
  • Hedgerow Regulations 1997
  • Countryside and Rights of Way Act 2000
  • Natural Environment and Rural Communities Act 2006
  • Conservation (Natural Habitats & c.) (Amendment) Regulations 2007
  • Town and Country Planning (Trees) (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2008

“You certainly helped to emphasise the importance of considering ecological implications at the early stages of the programme of works....you're obviously very au fait with eco-legislation, and this came across very much in your presentation... you're a pleasure to work with.” Environmental and Social Consultant for WorleyParsons
